Lucy Hutchinson worked as a British civilian at the headquarters of the MFAA Section of the Control Commission for Germany in Bünde, Germany from 1948 to 1949. Currently, we believe she served as a secretary for the office’s Head of Section, Monuments Man Sqdr. Ldr. E. Christopher Norris.
