Wendy M. Gerdau and Treasures Estate Concierge Services, Inc. have produced appraisals for Internal Revenue Service functions such as estate tax and non-cash charitable donations. Mrs. Gerdau also specializes in insurance appraisals for insurance coverage and damage or loss claims. Treasures travels the United States assisting clients with appraisal and concierge assignments.

Mrs. Gerdau is a certified appraiser of personal property with the designation of ISA CAPP and is a member in good standing of the International Society of Appraisers, which is a not for profit appraisal organization. All appraisals conform with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice 2020 - 2021 and the requirements of Treasury Regulations 20.2031-1(b) “Definition of Gross Estate Valuation of Property” and 20.2031-6 “Valuation of Household and Personal Effects”, and with requirements of IRS Revenue Procedures 65-19 and 66-49 (modified by 96-15). Wendy M. Gerdau has appraised over a million items throughout a successful forty-year career.

Treasures Estate Concierge Serveries, Inc. and Wendy M. Gerdau have supported and helped to build many 501(c)3 charities throughout the past 40 years. Some of the charities that we have been thrilled to see experience dramatic growth in their services to the less fortunate are: Beit T’Shuvah House of Returns (Culver City, California), Kidcare International (Claremont, California) and Habitat for Humanity which has retail stores throughout the United States, and La Providencia Guild of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
