Jedd Keith, a member of the Texas Bar, has counseled executives and boards as senior and executive corporate counsel at several start-up and early funding stage companies and at larger organizations such as EDS, TI, Sabre, Verizon and SOURCECORP in a wide variety of areas that are critical for successful development including corporate formation and governance, shareholder and director actions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, regulatory compliance, transfers of technology and employment. Global organizations have grown significantly under his direction and through his advisory experience in business processes and team building.
Raised in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Jedd earned his B.S. Degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York and qualified as a Ranger and Parachute unit leader. After serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army for more than 5 years, he received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toledo. The Hague Academy of International Law at The Hague, the Netherlands, recognized his international knowledge and scholarship by awarding him its coveted Diploma. An accomplished speaker to business and legal groups, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Award for service as Chair of City of Richardson ZBA and served on the Board of the Dallas Committee for UNICEF. In retirement he has continued to support the legal profession and law students at UNT, SMU and UTD law school programs as a mentor and Moot Court advisor. He also volunteers as a board member of a local 503 (c) civic organization.
